So here I am at work minding my own business and a tornado comes through Cocoa Village. So after wards I took a little walk, just in case you missed it on the news, here's what I saw:

A lamp post fell on some guys truck so I helped him pull it off:

A roof was ripped off of the place above Downtown Divas:

Poor El Charro lost it's sign, but the Sombrero still shines!

There were billboards like this all over Cocoa:

So all in all it was pretty cool. I'll go out tomorrow after the storm and get some more pics.

Alright, well not much has been happening. I work all the time, so that is what I have been up to.

Tonight was fun. I really did nothing at work from 4 till 12pm and then it was around that time that we hear this huge crash and then another and a third, then some whack job goes flying down the street in front of the restaurant in a Ford F150. It was some white guy screaming at the top of his lungs while he tore through the village...Same truck as Walker, I think...Hm...Wonder where he was around that time...

Anyway. So we all go out to the street and what happened was this guy came down a one way street in the wrong direction and slammed into my friend Bill's car, pushing it about 30 feet into my buddy Jason's truck. My car being parked not 10 feet away.

So I bought Bill a round and Jason too. Bill's Transmission is shot and the front and back of his car is screwed up. Jason's bumper is a little dinged up, but not that bad.

Hope they catch that guy.

Besides that not a lot going on...

Joy and I are back together.

Alright, so my mom just got back from a nice long stay at the county college and now I have more chores to do.

I worked doubles friday, saturday and sunday and had lots of fun. I went to drop Brittany off at her aunt and uncle's in canaveral groves saturday night/sunday morning and as I was leaving my back glass was all fogged up and because of those narrow redneck roads back there I ended up backing into a ditch with only two beers under my belt. So I waited there for hours waiting for a wrecker to pull my car out and we all stood around drinking and whatnot. We watched Gladiator and I left around 7 am or so...

Like I said I had to work a double that morning so I just stayed up. That was a long day...36 hours of no sleep later and my double at work was over. I fell asleep around 9 pm last night and woke up around 7:30 this morning.

Wow I needed the sleep.

We close on Mondays so I am off to work at my house over on Clearlake.

Wow! Its been a while since my last post. Let's see...

Yesterday was my last day of school and I am so happy!

I've been over to Dog N' Bone recently, cool place, but kinda hot in there. I'm getting my mom's place and I have a lot of work to do.

I'm getting a manager position with Darden restaurants now that I am out of school. Hopefully it'll go well...

I need to relax.

Steph and I went to Sea World on Sunday and saw all the creatures doing their thing. It was cool and I got to feed all kinds of things like Manta Rays and Sea Lions and Seals. We saw the penguins and went to the Anheuser-Busch place and got lots of free beer. All was fun. After Sea World we went to Café Tu Tu Tango, its like one of our favorites out in Orlando.

Not too much else going on. I went over to Steph's parents last night around 10 and we played with fireworks. Loads of fun! Alright, I'm going to go tidy up around here. Have a good one.

Well, not too much has happened since the last post. Things are going alright for me... I've been a little bored, but I have a lot of good news...After the bad news...

I wrecked my car...

So I was driving along and a van decides it wants to do a u-turn into the three lanes of 520 in front on Red Lobster in Merritt Island on Monday morning... So the truck you see there has to slam on his brakes because the van pulled wide into our lane...Easy enough, right?

Well...I proceed to hit my brakes because of the tons of metal coming to an immediate halt in front of me. My wheels locked up and I slid into that little step part on the back there...

It didn't look as bad until he pulled forward...

Oh well...5 days later and I am still waiting on an estimate...They are supposed to have info for me today or maybe Tuesday...They will probably end up totaling it.

And I'm fine, by the way, no need to worry about that...Odd thing was the airbags never went off, but maybe I wasn't going fast enough...

On the lighter side...

I have a break off of school so I get to work/go to the gym/beach a lot more. Yay! I am so excited! I think I might go to the beach/gym right now. See ya later!

Wow. Just looking at my journal, I didn't realize how long it had been since I posted...

Kevin James was hilarious...Only complaint was I wish it was a longer set. Some guy behind us kept screaming "Yeah Kevin James, we love you!!" Even in the middle of a joke, it was kind of annoying. We had great seats. It was awesome. We had a few Gray Goose and Cranberries with Lime throughout the show with a couple Coronas... After the show we decided to take a nice long walk around City Walk. That walk ended up being a 6 hour drinking/smoking extravaganza. It was great. We went to Pat O'Brien's and I learned I love Hurricane's. Went to Cigarz and had a few drinks and a few cigars...We got some really cool glasses that blink and had a lot of beers while we walked around. Eventually we ended up going back to the hotel and having a very very large amount of sex...Must have been all of the booze. Either way...

Don't go to Wonder Works...I hated it. Let's see..........We ate all over City Walk while we were there.

So as far as school goes...I am in front of the house and having a lot of fun. It looks like I may end up doing my externship in the Darden Restaurants company MIT program...(Manager in Training) After that they set me up in a restaurant..ie..Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones, Seasons 52 and I get to work with a whole team managing a restaurant. Six figure salary with benefits and paid vacations doesn't sound that bad...

Steph is going back to school to get her core classes out of the way. This will make way for the Dental Hygiene courses she wants to take. I am excited for her.

I saw Christina Martin at Chili's. Guess she works there. I'm on-call for a friend of mine, Pascal for his Downtown Bistro in Titusville.

5 more weeks of school...Hooray...

Okie dokie...

So Tuesday Steph and I actually ended up having a few beers at the house and then we found ourselves at Big Daddy Dave's having a few martinis...I had a chocolate martini...A snickers martini and a caramel apple martini...And a Jameson's Coffee...Not too bad. After having a few S. Pellegrinos(me) and Evians(her), we went back to the house and had a later dinner or Chicken Caesar salad, homemade, so it was good. Saturday we go to see Kevin James. I am so excited!

Alright, so things are going pretty well. Still on a slight job hunt, just because I guess boredom has set it and I am always looking for new ways to challenge my attention span. Brad knows how that goes...

Didn't go to the beach this weekend because of obvious letdowns...ie..Rain.

Haven't gone to the gym recently, but will probably go today with my brother after he leaves the car wash. Which reminds me...

This weekend Steph and I are spending the night in Orlando and going to see Kevin James and the Hard Rock Live. I am going to cry laughing, I see it already. I'm just not sure where we should eat yet, maybe we'll go to a friend from school's restaurant. Wouldn't hurt.

Sunday was actually a nice day even though it rained. Steph and I attempted to watch a movie, but ended up falling asleep, then I made her dinner. Tonight we will probably watch a movie and have dinner.

I'd like to go to Big Daddy Dave's on Thursday...We'll see.

Seven weeks and three days left for school then I will have my Culinary Arts degree. Hooray.

Alright so I had a pretty good weekend. Saturday was cool. Steph went to have lunch with her parents and I grabbed Phil and we headed off to the beach. It was pretty nice out, but if got a little overcast here and there.

Sunday was nice. Steph and I got up at 9 and laid and bed till around 11:30 (By the way, my new bed is "f"ing awesome) then we headed over to the Cocoa Beach Surf Co. where I picked up a couple new pairs of baggies and a couple shirts. From there it was off to Slow and Low. We got the potato skins app. and it almost filled me up. We both got a half rack of the St. Louis Style Ribs. Awesome. Needless to say, I still have some in the fridge.

After Slow and Low we went over to 3rd Street and set up camp on the beach. Three hours and a 12 pack later we decided to go over to Ryan's on the Port for some Oysters. There was a pretty good band playing called Caribbean Explosion, I think. Two buckets of oysters and three pitchers later and we headed home.

I went to Island Fitness today and signed up. I'm going to try to go there tomorrow morning. They open at 5 so I think I'll get up at 4:30 and head over there then leave at 6 for school.

Off to bed I go.

Alright, so not much has happened since my last post. Steph and I went to Imperial Spa a few weeks ago and that was fun and nice. I got sick for about a week, and am just getting over it, still a little congested. Right now I am waiting for the delivery guys to get here with my new mattress so I can run my errands for the day, i.e. a haircut, new sheets for my new bed and maybe even drop a few applications here and there. We will see. The "party" that I bought all of the refreshments for the other weekend was a little of an annoyance seeing as how I was tired and it was right before Mother's Day and no one was excited and then after we got back from Denny's for a midnight snack there were about 15 extra people at Roger's drinking all of the beer I had bought........ So I went home.

Loads of fun. This weekend I hope to just relax and enjoy seeing as how Steph will be in Cancun for a week starting next Thursday. Hooray, oodles of free time for me, I want alone time at the beach and the gym, that's all I am asking. Ah...It sounds so nice in theory...Something is going to get in the way... I just know it.

Anyways... I'm a little tired even though I got tons of sleep last night, the ride home from O-town always kills me.

Tra la la... I am a little bored right now, waiting to go into work. Rent is coming up and I have a big bill for my cell phone due. Oh well. Today was our Grand Buffet...It was ok. There is a party planned for Friday and I hope to have fun. I really just want to relax this weekend, and it looks like that won't be possible till Sunday. Steph and I decided that it would be in our best wishes to just lay around all day sleeping, eating and having sex. She actually made the decision.

School is monotonous...I can't wait for it to be over with...Damn it all...
